very disappointed still waiting after 3 days to find out after a lady said she would checkbif i could pick up prescription a few days early, they are eye drops and I explain some missed eye. I am older and do not get to warrensburg often.
I trusted she was returning call but some could care less of customer service. even if the answer is they cannot it would be nice to follow thru to show whether she cared or not for our well being

Does anyone know how walgreens photo works? Like, if they are open there should be a person hired on the clock to run the photo area....correct? Went in to pick up my photos and stood there 5 minutes. The lady in the front paged over the intercom for some girl to go to photo. I waited 3 more minutes....then left. Returned 30 minutes later for the same thing to happen. So the lady upfront ran back there to get my pictures and check me out. While she is checking me out a female employee with long redish hair comes out from the little door by the photos...looks at me....and goes returns back through that door. Then comes back out grabs a drink and rings herself up.

This is the slowest Walgreens I've ever been to. I've been sitting in the drive thru line for over 20 mins. Thank god my grandmothers medication isn't a life or death necessary.

I will NEVER go to this pharmacy EVER again!!! I was told it would take about 20 minutes to fill my prescription which is the usual for any place if not calling in ahead of time. Well I waited for an HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES!!!! This is ridiculous, there had been easily twenty customers that came in after me that were able to get their medication and leave before I was able to get mine. Not only was the wait outrageous but I over heard one of the pharmacists call me a child simply for the fact that I'm not the policy holder on the insurance, now that is just rude to do that. When I checked out all the lady had to say was "Sorry about your wait" which wouldn't have made me upset except for the fact that she didn't even seem apologetic at all when she said it.
