I've had great service at my Walgreens. The staff is great and I get my prescriptions on time. They have helped with my insurance to get some medicine I need approved.
Customer service is horrible!
I've had a prescription in for a while now. They kept telling me it was not approved by my insurance. Also said the nurse wasn't sending the forms over. Well the forms were sent. They put the wrong numbers in repeatedly and that is why I didn't get my prescription. We have another pharmacy try with the same form, got it approved and made within 2 hours. You are literally playing with people's lives!
The clerks are rude every time I’ve gone in there. It’s really catty and cliquey with the females.
