RecommendedThis is my Walgreen's store, and I have NEVER once had any bad experience there. I have been going here for over 20 years!
some of the pharmacy staff have horrible attitudes manager is not any better. I've had the same issue with one on my anxiety medications getting refilled. God forbid you are taking a controlled substance you automatically get treated like a seeker and a crackhead and get talked down to.
I frequent this Walgreens and yesterday was the absolute worst visit here. Isela* in photo is extremely rude and dismissive then when I asked for the manager she lied and said the manager was in a meeting and I needed to speak with Jessica. Thankfully Jessica informed me that the general manager was available to speak with and she was great with hearing out my complaint and Jessica help fixed my photo issues. This location is always pleasant to visit but 1 bad apple can spoil the whole bunch.
