The waiting...left the inside pharmacy to at least have a place to sit while I wait in a relatively short drive up line. Been here 20 mins. They have not helped two customers yet. I know because I’m third.

Slowest pharmacy service in Safford. 8 hrs to fill 1 script that I called in this morning. Went in twice and called.
The pharmacist working today needs to learn communication skills, assuming he knew what transpired the day before. Talking over a customer gets you no where. Calling my home phone & using the good old excuse "a problem" with the prescription doesn't work.
Nobody knows how to answer the phones!!!
