8 out of 10 times, I can't get my Rxs on time. I call my Rxs in 10 to 14 days ahead of time and I usually have to wait until the last day (1 pill left) to get them. I have asked them many times to not do autofill, as their refill schedule is not right and my insurance refuses the claim. It has been a year and it's getting frustrating dealing with them! But, they are the preferred pharmacy for my insurance, so I'll keep trying!
The staff is always crabby, combative and rude. It takes an extremely long time to get anything filled. They withheld a prescription from me, knowing I needed it within a certain time frame and were rude when we asked about it. I have pretty much stopped going there and would not recommend it to anyone. Just the Butte one. All other Walgreen sites have been helpful and prompt.
