Pharmacy department dont no what there doing
Extremely frustrating experience. Despite being staffed with certified pharmacy technicians, they were unable to confirm whether my medication was available or if they had the correct insurance information on file. The level of disorganization and miscommunication makes me feel like I have to double-check everything myself just to ensure my safety.
