Very rude photo staff, I believe it was a manager. I gave my fiancé’s name to pick them up, and was told they weren’t there. I called my fiancé and she called the department, who then actually looked for my photos and the tech pretty much threw them at me, and couldn’t be bothered to give me decent customer service.

Very poorly run pharmacy. I think they purposely make you wait to get your script no matter what so they get you to shop. It doesn't matter if I call in the script days ahead, I'm always waiting here. Shame because most employees are super nice. I've been using them for years but all the pharmacies around here stink. Can't keep help and that's a corporate issue.

Two times in a week I have called for two different scripts and told it was never called in. I even asked if maybe my doc had left a message. Walgreens said no. I called the ped and sure enough she had called it in hours ago(7 hours!) and I get a text from walgreens 5 minutes later that it's ready! Really?! Yesterday same thing called to see if my script was ready and no nothing called in. Call my doc today and they said yes we called it in yesterday around 330.
