Fire the entire pharmacy staff. For 3 years, it was great. Everything was perfect. Starting around October 2018, it all went to hell. Nothing is right. Billing is a nightmare. Prescriptions are delayed. Prescriptions are "unavailable". Prescriptions are just wrong. Fire everybody. Start over.
