Stick because we were after normal hours of regular pharmacies. Pharmacy bogged down and understaffed. Pharmacist sounded like a robot. No personality- technician however was sweet.
There is no attempt at customer service- compassion or efficiency. I find them totally uncaring. Don't think you can complain to a manager, the manager is apparently setting the tone for the rest of the staff. I feel I needed to add that I was in fault in ordering a refill too early. My issue is that a technician called to give me the price of a drug and tell me the prescription was ready. I drove there only to find that was not correct. Awful every single time I go. Pharmacy department is beyond awful! I'll be moving my business to CVS! #walgreens=horribledrugstore!
I go there for medication n other items like photos,beauty/health aids, etc. I tell people that Walgreen's my store for convenience shopping.
Used app to refill 2 very important rx's, and received an email on Friday saying they were ready. I get there Monday afternoon, and only one is there - the most important one (syringes - my son is type 1 diabetic), is OUT OF STOCK! And, they haven't placed an order for it yet, so it will take a WEEK!! What am I supposed to do? Girl at the window didn't offer any suggestions, so guess we'll reuse needles? Ridiculous!!! Soo upset. I requested the refills almost 5 days ago - no one thought to order them before now?
