2 weeks ago, I dropped off my prescription for a refill at the drivethrough and double checked to see if they had this on file. Returned 3 days later and was told they had lost the prescription but they forgot to call me, and I would have to see my doctor to get another. Made an appointment with my doctor and he faxed a prescription to them on4/3/14. Stopped in there today 4/7/14 and was told that my doctor had NOT faxed them anything.
