Went in the other night around 11pm to get three prescriptions filled, coming out of the er. The guy working told me that he couldn’t fill my prescriptions because he was the only one working and he closed the drive thru and something about he had people on hold on the phone. I had medication called in to this Walgreens yesterday and called again today to confirm it was filled and ready for pickup. They told me it was ready. I drove there, only to be told they had already put it back in storage. No apology, no explanation. I finally got the medication, and by the time I got home and opened it, there was a random pill mixed in that was not part of my prescription. The employees are great, and I save a lot of money using the app, with their digital coupons plus cash rewards… it’s great! Austin and Avery are always super nice and helpful. They are both very valued employees.
Was out of town when my wife got sick and went to urgent care. Went to Walgreens to get her prescription filled Some lady who couldn’t speak English verified the medication then said we don’t have a prescription for her Check back in a couple of days. I went back in and asked for the actual pharmacist and WOW she found it right away
