tiffany went above and beyond trying to help locate my meds and called me back to make sure i was good, rare and needed customer service at its finest. i felt seen and heard.
Common sense has left the building!!!! My doctor sends in my prescription. Insurance denies it. Walgreens is making me call my doctor for prior authorization and ask my doctor to call them and tell Walgreens that it is ok for me to pay cash for the prescription. Walmart & CVS are intelligent enough to understand that prior authorization is only for insurance purposes. Do better Walgreens.
