If I could rate this pharmacy 0/5 stars, I would. Last night, my mom and I arrived at Walgreens at 7:55 PM to pick up my prescriptions, only to find the pharmacy had already closed—five minutes early. This was extremely inconvenient, especially because I was expecting to start my medication that same day. Pharmacies should stick to their posted hours, especially when it affects people’s health and treatment plans. Very disappointed.
Pharmacy offers horrible customer service! I had trouble booking an appointment on line but there were multiple openings available so I went to the store. I was informed they did not take walk ins and gave me a number to call. Lo and behold the person in the phone gave me an appointment 15 minutes later. Why, did I have to call a phone number to get scheduled in the store I was standing in? It was a waste of my time and get to the same result, Walgreens just made it harder. Incredibly short staffed pharmacy. Very poor and slow service. I was waiting over 20-30 minutes in line. I waited almost an hour to get a vaccine.
Always seems understaffed during busy times, 4-7pm
