Ever since I started coming to this location someone has been stealing my points within hours of earning them. How in a matter of 24 hours can 5000 points I just earned go missing. I know calling corporate isn't going to do anything and complaining to the people at the location are no help. So either you find a more secure way to Redeem or you require some kind of identification cause now I'm out thousands of points I earned by purchasing.
