This place is absolutely terrible. My wife has to call her prescription in every month, she waits on hold over an hour each time waiting to get through. Today she had been on hold for 45 minutes, so I called on my phone and after 20 minutes on hold they answered my call but hung up before I could say anything. My wife was still on hold(now 1 hour and 5 minutes) even though she had been in their “queue” before me and then her line was dropped. Worst service ever change to walmart
This place is such a joke. They switch your medication without telling you and will basically say not their problem. They also refuse to answer the phone, I’ve sat on hold twice now for at least 45 minutes with no answer, dont bother going through the drive through because you’ll sit there just as long.
I get my meds there .
