What has happened to this Walgreens? In the last 2 months I’ve 1) been shorted yet paid for approximately 52 metformins. 2) called in a refill for insulin needles to only find out that you never contacted my doc 3) came to pick up my husbands sodium chloride and told it was never called in BUT the store manager handled that and 4) came thru the drivethru with my sick husband to pick up a refill of insulin needles only to be told the pharmacist is on lunch and needs to consult me.
