Recommended2 weeks ago my 3 yr old grandson was diagnosed with cancer and I have been trying to find hand sanitizer everyday for his return home. Yesterday when picking up a prescription Natasha told me a shipment was coming the next day but is usually gone in a hour. Unfortunately I’m at work when said shipment comes in. Got a voicemail this morning from her saying she was holding me one for pickup. Top notch customer service and compassion from Natasha!! Just a simple gesture that means the world to our family!! Thank you Natasha ❤️
This is the absolute worst pharmacy experience I've had in my life. Our son has been on the same prescription meds for over 1.5 years and every month we have to go through a whole bunch of hoops to get the medication. Supposedly, they have notes in their computer on how to process this, but they still get it wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. I can't believe the incompetence. I would recommend that you go somewhere else, even if you have to drive 10 or 15 minutes. You will still come out ahead!
