They need to actually tell the truth to customers when they are called about a medication that is needed immediately instead of just leading them on until it's too late to get the dr to order an alternative. This is not the first time it has happened. THIS is why I changed everything to the mail order pharmacy. Less idiots.

The pharmacy customer service has gotten significantly worse over the past year. I sat in lane two without being simply acknowledged for 15 minutes. An employee continued to help customers in lane one while clearly ignoring me. Extremely disappointed with their customer service.

I've always loved Walgreen's photo department here, but I recently went into the make up department in need of help for Toppers and Trailers Plus' Raw Fusion makeup look. The beauty consultant was AMAZING! She looked and my photos and gave me great advice on the products that I could use and even drew me a picture of how I could do it. I can't wait to do it for the show and show her a picture. Could not have done it without her help!

Soooo very disappointed in this pharmacy they wanted me to pay $325 out of pocket because they say that the Tricare system is down until the end of the year. All they have to do is pick up the phone and call into them to check. Apparently they were going to turn away everyone with Tricare until next year. Way to treat the military families.
