REFILL MY F'N SCRIPTS WITHOUT ME RUNNING THERE 4 DIFF TIMES EVERY MONTH. FOR THE SAME SCRIPT. STOP SENDING ME EMIALS THAT THEIR REDY AND WHEN I GET THERE THEY HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED FILLING THEM.DON'T TELL ME ON THE PHONE THEY ARE READY AND WE GO TO PICK THEM UP AND THEY FILL THEM WHILE I'M AM WAITTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Recommendedthe only issue i have is this morning waited behind a car in the drive thru for 15 minutes.she was at the window this whole time.im sorry but if it is gonna take that long ask them to come back in a bit instead of just sitting at the window.good god
If I could do negative, I would! This store is a joke. I used to work for Walgreens, and could never have imagined my store running as badly as this. The pharmacy staff is always rude, and they never have the prescription we need. I used to love this location, and now don’t know if I will ever return.
Can 't do negative stars. Please teach your employees the difference between a return and an exchange.
Once again they did not have my child's prescription done on time
