The pharmacy really took a nosedive after Phil left and got so bad I ultimately switched to Walmart, unfortunately. Horrible attitudes, customer service and you can't even call the pharmacy directly anymore without going through a national hotline answering a battery of questions.

Horrible horrible pharmacy. They seriously have no clue. This pharmacy has turned into a joke. The people that work there should be ashamed and embarrassed!!
I have been back and forth many times to the pharmacy, I even call to see if prescription is ready, then get there and it isn't. Then if you don't get there in 12 days, they put it back on the self and we start again. They don't even call and tell you it needs to be picked up. I want Rite Aide back.

Thank you Walgreens in Amsterdam. Your integrity and thoughtfulness for keeping my cell phone safe was a blessing to me. There are people out there that do have great respect for others and your staff are them.
