This Walgreens constantly gives my clients a hard time when printing the images they have purchased and have a print release to do so. This morning a client called me and due to the print center not accepting my legally binding print release, the Walgreens employee threw away my client’s whole order in front of her. The order had her own personal images and images I was hired to take and had given her a release for in the order. Why does it take an hour & a half to get a prescription filled at the window & it only takess 15 minutes inside
Waiting in the drive thru for prescriptions is ridiculous!!!!! Most people end up turning the cars off while waiting!!!! Get it together! This is why I switch to another pharmacy!
I no longer use Walgreens Pharmacy because of the slow customer service in the drive thru as well as inside at the pharmacy counter. I just had to pick up my moms medicine and waited over 30 min in the drive thru because of one car at the window. Cars should not be allowed to wait at the window for medicine to be filled. It should be used only for medicine being picked up. There is also never enough people working in the pharmacy to assist the customers waiting inside and in drive thru.
how is it that a doctors office can call in a child's medicine at 10:30am. and you still do not have ot ready at almost 6pm?
