Pharmacy is horrible. They never answer the phone and then when you finally do get an answer they hang up on you then you have call again 5-6 times to get someone. It’s just super frustrating.
I am in line staff standing around and the phone is just ringing 10/17/20 6:00pm for at least 10 minutes or more.
They never answer the phone...went last night drive thru backed up...it's 5:45 am and I'm waiting on someone answer and the pharmacy open and won't answer and my baby needs her medicine..Do your job or stay at home
This is by far the worst pharmacy in the city of Mississippi (Clinton). They ask to put your prescriptions on refill text alert, you get their no prescription ready. This has happened to me numerous of times. You go through the drive through at 6:30am and you have to sit an wait with no other customers in line or in the store and the pharmacy clerk is so rude. I have been tempting to move my prescriptions, today is the day. This location needs to close down, it's pathetic. The customer service is horrible!!!!
