Why was I told can pick up my medication Sunday at 10:30 AM if the pharmacy isn't even open.
A jerk works there. i won't be going back.

The pharmacist, Tammy, has no business working in customer service. To say she has no manners is an understatement. Definitely my last visit to Herrin Walgreens.
I always have a wonderful experience at Walgreens-Herrin. Your Pharmacy Tech, Amanda Armes is very helpful, polite, patient and compassionate. I have dealt with your Pharmacy Staff and employees in the other departments and they have all been very helpful and courteous. I wish I got the names of all of them because they really deserve a BRAVO FOR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Very rude staff,awful wait time to pick up medication.
Incredibly rude staff in the pharmacy department. In customer service, there is never any reason to get an attitude with a LOYAL customer, especially when the mistake is that of staff members. The lack of communication and poor attitudes are inexcusable.
