They have shorted my husband's medicine by 20 pills and are refusing to make it right. I have now opened a case with BCBS for insurance fraud. I was then chased out of the store by a very heavy set woman and I feared for my life. Pharm techs are wonderful, but I've had nothing but problems with LAURIE (taller blonde), the pharmacist. Every single time she handled my prescriptions they either claim the order never came through, I never recieved an alert when they were ready, they would temporarily get denied for no reason, and now the most recent, my meds started making me sick. VERY concerning behavior from someone that is supposed to help the public. She's incompetent, inefficient, and dangerous, and should be removed from such a position for the sa... read more

Thank you for being kind, helpful, and polite! I locked my keys and phone in my truck in the parking lot. Of course I was in a hurry, trying to get back to school for 6th hour, I was frazzled! The employees were so kind, one lady let me make a phone call on her personal phone and several others made sure I was able to get help. I appreciate y'all very much! I did make it back to school for 6th hour! ;)
