WORST WALGREENS EVER. Very nice store, but HORRIBLE “CUSTOMER SERVICE”!
when you call the semmes location you hold over fifteen minutes to get a human. they are always understaffed, rushed, takes longer and longer to get anything filled.
I have been disappointed lately with how long it takes to pickup or drop off or get anything done in the pharmacy. I feel more supervision and hands-on on deck type of thing may would would help. Store clean though and emplyees are usually pretty nice about it.
