The staff are great. The deduction in stars is about the pharmacy chain as a whole. For the last year or so, they seem to have struggled with having some of my medications in stock - even the more common ones. It's not a big deal if you know that you need a refill in advance, but if you're given a new prescription or if your doctor wants to check in before prescribing refills, it's a major inconvenience - especially if prior authorizations are required.
