Why is your pharmacy counter so amazingly slow?
I waited over an hour on the phone and still No one even answered
The photo department is a joke. When I was in the store asking multiple questions regarding my pictures I was told to call back tomorrow. I asked how can I cancel my order to place it elsewhere and know my daughters pictures are just going to sit here. Again I was told call back tomorrow.
Ordered a print 2 weeks ago and went in and they could not find it. Reordered and was guaranteed it would be ready. Went back in and was told again they couldn’t find it. This time it was the same day. Both times I received my email confirmation. Finally I called and they found the picture so we went in to pick it up. Now the print we ordered was an 11x14.
