The manager Jugar poorly lack of professional manner and compassion for my sister who lost her son. I do applauded a gentlemen who worked their by the name Yadriel I believe. He evidently knew his job in working the kiosk. So kiddos to him. RANT on the manager where my sister spent an hour and 1/2 scanning &loading pictures on a CD. Only to find out that the manager erased them. So my sister had to come back and her to pick up her pictures. So I'm in Texas now and find out the lady gave my sister the wrong CD of the pictures... read more
