My significant other (who is Japanese and of age) was outright denied service for the first time this year because he is neither Canadian or American. We are regular customers at this particular location and have purchased alcohol together on several occasions with no problems. How come your "trained" staff let this slide until now? Seems a little shady. ***Updating my review because his was removed. If you are international, don’t go here! They will either accept or deny your passport depending on the staff.

My Japanese passport was not accepted because it was neither an American or Canadian passport. Regardless of this, my passport has a visa issued by the American government. I understand that this is the rule. However, previous to today, they had accepted my passport more than twenty times without a problem. I wanted them to be straightforward from the beginning but the staff is so poorly trained. They should have not accepted my passport the first time. Excellent service!!!! Pharmacist was very informative and got my prescriptions ready promptly since it was close to closing time!
