Pharmacist refused to fill my husbands valid doctor's prescription today approximately 11a.m. This prescription had been sent electronically to the pharmacy directly from his doctor's office. He told my husband it was 'against the law' to fill it. My husband asked for a copy of the law that he was referring to. Absolutely worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Andrew, the technician there has never been anything but rude every time we have called or gone in to renew a prescription. First time I assumed he was having a bad day, but have quickly realized he is a jerk and has zero customer service skills. After he hung up today on me in the middle of a question, I called back and talked with the pharmacist who was adamant the tech has not done anything wrong and that I don’t know all that goes on behind the window.
