the worst when picking up your prescription...tonight over 25 minutes only 2 cars in front of me..tell them to circle around while waiting when there is others
Any time I try to pick up my prescription it takes forever. I’m sitting in the line now and it’s been at least 15 minutes and the line hasn’t moved. The same two cars are a head of me. I’m moving all my prescriptions to Kroger.
Terrible customer service, waited in the pharmacy line for over 20 minutes without being greeted or anything then when the girl came to the window she was still chewing her food
I am confused on how a prescription can be called in on a Friday early afternoon and it is still not filled by Monday evening. Went through the drive through, sat for 15 minutes inching my way through the line only to be told to circle again, get back in line and they would fill it. What???? So compliantly I did what I was told only to wait another 15 minutes in line. I just do not understand.
