RecommendedI had a very nice experience today at this location; even with Corona Virus going on. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I got a bit confused downloading the paperless coupons on the app and using them, but the employee at the checkout was very helpful and patient. Which I really appreciate during the “new normal of life” we’re living. The store was very clean and organized. I was most happy to be able to finally get small travel size bottles of hand sanitizer.
The clerk insulted my daughter and I so horrifically tonight that he caused my daughter to cry. He was rude and made an assumption about us that was so biased and untrue. It was the most unbelievable show of unprofessional behavior that I have ever seen. I had to send my 17-year old to the car crying and then when I went back in to let him know that his behavior was not professional, he ran to the manager talking about us for a good two minutes but refused to face us when the manager came to speak to me. Today, they lost a client. I picked up the prescription and I found that the dose was wrong, so I went back to the pharmacy, 20 min later. The box was sealed and everything inside. They told me that I had to stay with the prescription, although I can not use it. By the way, they charged me three times the price of what it costs in the market.
