Their pharmacy customer service is terrible. My daughter needs medication once a month and I have to jump through hoops to even attempt to get it filled. Have never had a good experience and will not continue to use them.
Kerry was so helpful in getting our script filled. My husband has gout and in a very bad flare. His script had to be "pre authorized" from the dr to get the brand they have in stock for the insurance to pay for it. Unfortunately this location doesn't have the right brand name in stock but he was able to transfer it to Hammond and then called us to let us know it had been filled. Thanks so much!
My husband and stopped for a few things, specifically emergency panchos. The man at the register was very helpful and ask "Jen" where the umbrella stand was with the panchos. She told him that they were not supposed to be out all the time. Even after he told her that someone was looking for a pancho, no one went to find it for us. We understand that the young man could not leave the register with a line to go find them, but one of the other workers should have gone to get them. I dropped a disposable camera off over a week ago still no pictures The dr called in a prescription for antibiotic for me this morning . No pharmacist was there when I went to get it. Pharmacy was locked up . That was after 10 am. I went back a couple hours later it was not filled My husband went at 4:30 to get it . Guess what ?? Pharmacy locked up again. Good thing it wasn't an emergency!!! Of course I would like to feel better but I guess that will have to wait till its covienent for them
