Horrible, rude customer service from Amy. Rolled eyes at me and gave a fake apology after insinuating my husband stole pictures and tried to print without a release. There should be better training for their employees both in customer service and knowledge of photo releases. I’ll take my business elsewhere because this Walgreens does NOT make their customers feel valued.
Their return policy sucks royally. If anything is returned after 30 days they put it on a gift card even if you have a receipt. Then they tell you you can’t use it on alcohol, cigarettes and pharmacy. It’s not your money Walgreens! Who the hell are you kidding?! I rarely shop your store! There are better stores than yours that treat people with respect. I was not respected at your store. I’m shopping Meijer! They have the best respect for people. No issues on returns. The workers are always trying to help.

FAST! The pharmacy at this Walgreens always has my prescription ready in 10-15 minutes, and I haven't had anything longer than that! They're really friendly, too, and don't use as much doctor-jargon. They tell you things so you can understand them. Very good place.
