Moved from cvs to here, cos cvs Bethelview/ Castleberry road is pathetic in terms of customer service and here it is getting bad too. The lady was super rude and trying all the means to be not helpful!

Just filed a RACIAL PROFILE COMPLAINT ON KATE OH that works in the Pharmacy for not allowing me to pick up my order to make my money from DoorDash. I do not have to read the address on an order when picking up orders period, and definitely not when picking up medication for a customer. She needs to be fired asap! And good luck on her keeping that position after this one.
