Edit/Update: Manager from Walgreens finally spoke with someone about my film and assured me that my film was being developed but was delayed in transit and development and would be mid Feb. before my pictures were shipped back to the store. Though I appreciate finally having a reason...very disappointed it took this to get it done and won't change my review until I have pictures or the undeveloped roll of film in my hands. My prescriptions were sent to the Abingdon Walgreens after the Rite Aid across the street closed. One of the prescriptions I take is an unusually high dosage, and my insurance will only pay for a 20 day supply. This wasn't an issue at RiteAid, but it's been nothing but a hassle at Walgreens. They continually enter my prescription in as a 30 day supply, even though my insurance AND doctors office has told them 20 days. And today, they said I couldnt refill until June 4th. This place is a JOKE, was given the run around for a specialty perscription, 1st the insurance wouldn't pay...wrong i talked to the insurance company, 2nd the doctors office hadn't sent in perscription.....wrong went to doctors office got a copy that had been faxed to them, 3rd go in to get the script told it would be 10 minutes.....wrong a HOUR AND HALF LATER they tell me they dont have it.
