If I could give it 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional. I printed pictures online and got a message saying it was ready for pick up. I arrived and the staff was very rude to me, not nice at all.
Quick and friendly
Generally have to constantly be at them to follow up on scripts that need to have request to refill which they say is there place to do, order my meds and when I show up to get them they act like it's the first they heard of it. When I go to reorder they claim never had the script before when I filled through them only. Pending on whose running the script, they act like my insurance dont cover it. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Extremely unprofessional. First off my wife got for 3 different prescriptions a voicemail saying they were ready. We went today to pick them up, the lady working the drive thru said they didn’t exist. Played the voicemail for her, still said they didn’t exist. Attempted to tell us that one of the prescriptions was changed to mail order which we were never informed of that.
