Why did I come to the store and okay for a item and the clerk tell me that she can't give me back all of my change because she said her store says there a change shortage at the store, when I told her I would like all of my change back she counted pennies and she threw them at me ,who does this and when is it okay to not give people there change back smh will never spend my money at this Walgreens
