The staff is very helpful. However, I have problems with Walgreen's prescription notification service. I will often receive a message that one of my prescription refills is being processed, and then I receive no further status notifications. If I call the pharmacy days later they will explain the problem but I feel I should get further electronic status notifications (getting hold of a person by phone working in the pharmacy is seldom easy).
