I just had the worst experience with Walgreens pharmacy. I called for the pharmacy, was placed on hold. Whenever someone would pick up, they just put me back on hold without ever saying a word. I was on hold for over 20 mins. I called the store to ask to speak to the manager and the same thing happened for the store as well. Is this how Walgreens treat their customers? The pharmacy people are lazy. They would not fill a script because they didnt know if they could fill it before they closed and they wanted to walk out of the pharmacy at 1800.

I have many, many prescriptions with Walgreens for my self and my children. I moved to this area and switched my prescriptions to this store. I've been put on hold 10 times or more , waiting on hold for 30 minutes , just to be hung up on! This is an ongoing issue, I've tried calling at different times of the day. I have NEVER had this issue at any other Walgreens! Something needs to change in the pharmacy ASAP , I'm going to be reaching out to corporate about this.
