I've tried to call the manager and give this review privately but can't get through to that person either. My husband called Walgreens at 5:00 pm 8/19 to make sure the prescription for our son was received. No one answered and we hung up after 20 minutes. I arrived at Walgreens Pharmacy on 8/19 at 5:30 pm and no one was at the front desk. I peered over the consult window: two technicians, one pharmacist and one cashier were working. I simply despise and dread when I can to go into this pharmacy. It’s always like everyone’s first day on the job and it’s so chaotic and unorganized. I’m moving pharmacies after this refill for sure
Great service! The pharmacy staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient.
The only Walgreens pharmacy in Bend and closed for days! How are we supposed to get our prescriptions?! It’s an absurd that they don’t have a temporary pharmacist to cover the main one. If that’s the real reason. Where are we??
Absolutely awful. Rarely have prescriptions filled after 24 hours. Often have to make two trips. Super slow. Understaffed. Employees struggling. Don't go. They need to just get out of the business of pharmacy as the coolant doesn't care.
