Poor customer service. Empty shelves. No one really cares. Just like rote aid before they closed. (And I worked there) people at this store are just existing. Not impressed shopping experience
Dear Walgreens - staff this pharmacy location or shut the store down. I've used Walgreens in multiple states and have never had such lengthy hold times on the phone, wait times in the store, or difficulty getting a prescription filled before my medication runs out. I've only kept my prescriptions with Walgreens because if I run out on business trips, I can get it at another location but this just isn't worth it. No explanation needed. If you have ever been there, you know why…
I waited on hold for 2+ hours multiple times, came in after work, and was unable to even get the prescription filled or see if they had it in stock. Then I decided to just go in and take off a bit of time from work. Came in at 1130 to fill, waited in line for 45 min or so for that. Then I came back at 2:20pm (that’s reasonable right?) and had to stand in line for another 45 minutes for them to tell me they hadn’t filled it yet, and I need to sit and wait 20 more minutes, at minimum. Only open 9-6 Monday through Friday. Actual hours that most people work. Not sure How they stay in business
