pharmacy staff are Rude and do not understand Insurance billing process. They billed our Insurance for Medication they did not have to fill and sent us to another Pharmacy to have it filled.
They are very slow
Great employees, very helpful and always nice, love the convenience of the store! We are in the store for one reason or another st least 3 or 4 times a week.
standing there and can't find the item you want.. no employee helps you but they send a security gaurd to watch you instead?!?! .... a little much right... and the cashier treating you like you're a plague... smh...I don't need that kind of customer service... in fact I left my items...because of that. Guess what... I will kindly refer patients and others to choose a lovely customer caring pharmacy... like cvs perhaps ...or walmart..costco.....
"Your prescription will be ready at 7:38 pm" or it will be out of stock, took longer to fill an eye drop prescription than it did to see a doctor, your service is terrible and has not changed despite all of the negative reviews, glad to see no one is listening. Go to Script Life, fast friendly and courteous.
