This pharmacy is severely understaffed. No one ever picks up the phone. The in person line takes like an hour. Medications are always late or out of stock. The pharmacist Sarah is super rude on the phone and not helpful. I am definitely switching to a different pharmacy because it’s getting so ridiculous at this point.
They need more staff. My Rx's are typically late. My most recent prescription status indicated there was an issue and that I needed to call the pharmacy, yet I only knew that because I checked the app. They didn't call me to let me know. I presumed to call them, was on hold for 3 hours and 30 minutes, then someone FINALLY picked up the phone and I heard the staff talking in the background but no one was actually on the phone. I went online on Tuesday and scheduled my grandmother for a COVID and Flu shot today at 4pm. We had completed all the paperwork prior to her appointment, arrived/checked in 10 minutes early. At 4:15, she still hadn’t been called. It wasn’t until the man working the front desk had to stop what he was doing assisting patients with their prescriptions that had to ask what we were waiting for. The pharmacy is good but highly understaffed. Very friendly but they need more staff to be efficient.
