Was there for over an hour, lost count of over 20 people trying to get what they needed from the pharmacy. Exactly two people were able to get what they needed in a reasonable amount of time without having to correct blatant errors mady by the pharmacy, or instruct the pharmacy on how to do their job because the apparently didn't know what was being asked of them. Average wait time was upwards of 40 minutes. Awful experience.
Currently on hold with the pharmacy. The first time they answered said please hold then hung up the line. It’s been about 30 minutes of them answering and placing me back on hold. Update: I finally got a rep on the phone told her what I needed. She took my last name then placed me on another hold without warning. I was back in the endless of the line ringing them answering and placing me back on hold until the line hung up on me. Will be looking to see if I can make a report to the BBB. Try to print some pictures and tha lady was super lazy to press a button and print 😂😂 she just don’t want it
Lines are long and not very customer savy. Have prescription on back orders or late refills. Not recommended
