I had a great experience with this pharmacy. I believe his name was Martin. He went the extra mile for me and found a coupon that saved me $30.00 on a refill.
After being told my pick up was ready and confirming it over the phone with the pharmacist a few hours prior, I stood in line for 15 minutes while a woman in front of me was told her order wasn’t ready, even though it was confirmed via the phone recording. After the made her sit down and wait further, they then told me my order was OUT OF STOCK, and she best they could do was partially fill it and I’d have to come back in a week for the rest. Was there for over an hour, lost count of over 20 people trying to get what they needed from the pharmacy. Exactly two people were able to get what they needed in a reasonable amount of time without having to correct blatant errors mady by the pharmacy, or instruct the pharmacy on how to do their job because the apparently didn't know what was being asked of them. Average wait time was upwards of 40 minutes. Awful experience.
Currently on hold with the pharmacy. The first time they answered said please hold then hung up the line. It’s been about 30 minutes of them answering and placing me back on hold. Update: I finally got a rep on the phone told her what I needed. She took my last name then placed me on another hold without warning.
