I've gone to this Walgreens at least 2-3 times a week for the past 5 years. There are a few employees that work here that make my day when I come in, such as Veronica and a few other ladies that have been there a while. However today, despite all the good experiences I've had here, I'm rating them 2 stars. The assistant manager that was working this afternoon (9/9/17 at approx 5:15pm) has caused me to decide to take my business elsewhere. I had the worse experience at the Walgreens on van aken. I feel Jessica the pharmacist is racist. I also found Goran the "store manager" to be rude and disrespectful as well. I spoke with Matthew the district manager, he was just as incompetent as Jessica and goran. I've notify the cooperate office and so far Walgreens have not shown any consideration to the customer. Truly my health was put at risk because of someone I really believe is RACIST. Jessica the pharmacist.
