The pharmacy is terrible. I went to pick up a script and they said it would be 10 minutes. I went back up after 10 minutes and they said it would be 10 more minutes. So I waited another 10 or more minutes and they said it was not ready and that it would be a few minutes. Why couldn't they have told me the first time that it would be about a half an hour?
As a general rule, the store is clean and the staff at the front counter is friendly, however, the pharmacy staff is almost always rude and appear irritated to be there. Unfortunately they are the earliest to open and the latest to close in my area, so I forego friendly service for convenience of time. However, I no longer expect friendly or helpful service. Instead, I expect to barely be greeted and to treated as if I am a nuisance. Sad but true.
