On Christmas Day at approximately between 2:30 & 3:00 pm a person very dear to me went to pick up some last minute things. She went to the photo counter to pay and he rang up up her items. She then realized that she had less on her card than she realized so she was putting things back. In the meantime he’s tapping his finger nails on the counter. RecommendedIlvin listened to me and addressed my concerns with such care and willingness to help. It’s seems rare to find such kindness these days. This young man deserves a raise as he’s willing to go above and beyond to ensure customers are happy.
The staff here today (8-3-14) was exceptionally rude. I witnessed one cashier berating an elderly woman.
