Can be difficult to deal with when resolving issues. They don't go the extra mile to reverse claims. The pharmacy techs goof around despite being busy. Best to go to Lindenwood Drug, Schnucks, or drive to Dierbergs.
Don’t use this pharmacy unless you want to come in to the store in person whenever you need anything. Calling the number sends you to a central number where they then transfers you to this store’s number directly. If they are too busy, the call just cuts off after you sit on hold for 10 to 25 minutes and you get sent right back to the main number to start the process again.
