I just had an awful experience at the Norwood, MA pharmacy. Twan Binh has zero customer service skills and he lacks the basic knowledge required to do his job properly. I went in earlier to fill my 75 year old Mothers prescription for oxycodone. He said I needed an ID to fill the prescription. I explained that I lost my license. He told me I could go get my mothers ID and then he could fill the prescription. I drove back to her house and got her ID.
