I order the same diabetes meds every month, and Walgreens never, ever has them in stock.... I am without my meds for at least a week each month, no matter when I order them.
Pharmacy staff has been rude on more than one occasion. They’ll say my RX is ready for pick-up and when I get there, it’s not. Just dropped off two prescriptions and not one pharmacy staff member said hello, thank you, or anything. When I pulled up to the drive thru, I’m assuming they were “busy” because she picked up the phone/microphone and just said “hold on a minute”. When she came to the window she didn’t greet me at all. All she said was “yes?”..... Currently looking for a new drug store.
